Matthew’s name means “GIFT OF JEHOVAH.”

Matthew’s name,” the gift of God” magnifies the transforming power of Christ and indicated that Matthew was like the ONE who called him, a gift to Israel, and the World. (Matthew Henry Commentary). Matthew left all to follow Christ.

Team Matthew is dedicated to picking up the broken pieces in the lives of people in our community. Matthew means “the gift of life”, in other words evangelism. Team Matthew does this by getting to know our neighbors, and spreading the greatest gift of all, the Gift of Christ.

Team Matthew meets the second Saturday of the month, and 4th Saturday assisting the Mobile Medical unit. They also assist other ministries as needed at Ecclesia Christian Church in order to outreach and evangelize in the community.
